We amend our FAQ with the questions most often raised by our community. Since we have recently started there were not yet a lot of questions to be answered…

When switching to a different subscription model we calculate the unused credits of the former subscription and transfer them to the new subscription. Therefore, a switch is basically a granted termination of the current subscription under the condition to purchase a new subscription.

Example for switching to a subscription with a longer contract period (i.e. from billed monthly to billed annually):
We calculate the remaining credit of the canceled period (i.e. for billed monthly: 10 days of 30 days used) and directly deduct the credit from the payment of the longer period.

Example for swiitching to a subscription with a shorter period (i.e from billed quarterly to billed monthly):
We calculate the remaining credit of the canceled period and the new shorter subscription is deducted from this credit. Remaining credit will be available for next period of the shorter subscription. The remaining credit is not refundable.

We have implemented a uservoice-board. This board is accessible for all paying customer directly from within training software.

When a subscription is canceled the status of your subscription switches immediately to “canceled”. Nevertheless you can still access Preflop Ninja until the end of the subscription period.
